  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • This policy applies only to orders with:

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:

    • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
    • Details of the missing item (if applicable).

3. Resolution Process:

  • After verifying your claim, we will:
    • Replace the damaged or missing product.
    • Exchange it with a similar item if unavailable.
    • Provide a store credit if the above options are not feasible.
  • No extra charges will apply for returns or replacements due to damage or missing items.

4. Non-Returnable Products:

  • Products that have been used or tampered with.
  • Returns initiated after the 7-day window.

5. Delivery of Replacement:

  • Once approved, replacements will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
