• Tiers are based on your total lifetime spend and only ever move up, never down.
• Rewards are applied on top of regular pricing and combine with shipping promotions, but not with other percentage/order discount codes.
• New tier upgrades are processed automatically each week — if you just crossed a threshold, your discount may take a few days to activate.
