do not use it if you have acne prone skin or you have damaged skin barrier but if your skin is fine then it is really good before choosing a product for your skin knowing your skin type is really important sometimes it is not the brand faults but just your skin is not accepting the product do a patch test it was not really good for my skin because of acne but it suits my brother skin and it call also dry your skin so do use a mosturizer must
